The Creator Program Manager will design and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, analyze campaign metrics, and work with creators to develop engaging content, focusing on climate-related issues.
As Creator Manager, you'll execute cross-platform influencer campaigns and lead relationships with our climate-focused client organizations. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change while flexing your creative muscles.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms on behalf of climate organizations and climate-focused candidates
- Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client calls
- Serve as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on the creator economy and social content strategy, particularly as it pertains to climate content
- Establish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assets
- Analyze campaign metrics and progress to goals, and proactively adjust strategy as needed
- Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients
- Work closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements
- Strategize with colleagues and clients to find new creative tactics to innovate on content, sourcing, and team processes
- Stay up-to-date on current events, trends and news stories as it pertains to environmental and climate news to serve as an expert in strategy conversations with clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation
- Confident communicator with a client services focus
- Passion for intersectional progressive issues and a strong cultural competency
- Climate policy knowledge and expertise
- Deep understanding of an ever-changing social media landscape, particularly as it pertains to growing an online presence, working with content creators, and utilizing trends
- Great organizational & communication skills with a strong commitment to follow-up
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines
