Position Title: Creator Success Program Manager

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Creator Success
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time

About the role

The Creator Success Program Manager partners with leadership to design and deliver scalable education, onboarding, accelerator programs, webinars, and community experiences that help creators grow their businesses on LTK. This role plays a key part in shaping creator education, developing enablement resources, and delivering impactful learning experiences across digital and in-person channels. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of the creator economy and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

How you will make an impact

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute creator education programs, including onboarding, accelerator initiatives, webinars, and scalable learning experiences.
  • Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and one-to-many coaching that drive creator growth, platform adoption, and business success.
  • Partner on creator programming for LTKCon and other creator events, including curriculum development, presentation creation, speaker preparation, and onsite execution.
  • Create polished presentations, educational resources, playbooks, spreadsheets, dashboards, and sales enablement materials that support both creators and internal teams.
  • Serve as a trusted expert on the LTK platform and creator economy, translating product updates, best practices, and industry trends into actionable education.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Community, and Creator Success teams to continuously improve creator programs and experiences.
  • Analyze creator feedback and program performance to identify opportunities, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, operational excellence, and attention to detail.
  • Travel as needed (typically several times per month during busy seasons - fall, spring) to support onboarding, creator events, LTKCon, and other strategic initiatives.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 3+ years of experience in creator success, education, program management, community building, influencer marketing, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Experience building and scaling educational programs, onboarding experiences, or creator communities.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, curriculum development, and public speaking experience for audiences of varying sizes.
  • Experience planning and supporting creator-facing events, conferences, or large-scale educational programming.
  • Proficiency with Google Slides or PowerPoint and Google Sheets or Excel to create compelling presentations, training materials, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator monetization, and the evolving creator economy.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and storytelling skills.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel several times per month to support creator events, onboarding programs, LTKCon, and other business needs.

Professional Characteristics

  • Exceptional presenter, educator, and facilitator with strong public speaking and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, social media landscape, and creator growth strategies.
  • Experience developing polished presentations, educational content, and data-driven materials using Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating enablement resources that drive adoption, engagement, and behavior change.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional partnership and communication skills.
  • Passionate about helping creators grow and succeed at scale.
