About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to join our Credentialing Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for providers who have questions about their credentialing process. You’ll help them navigate next steps, resolve issues quickly, and serve as a key voice of empathy and clarity. You’ll also surface themes from inquiries that help us streamline workflows and improve the provider experience across the board.

  • Acting as Credentialing Department liaison for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and responding to provider inquiries
  • Respond to provider inquiries about credentialing within a 24-business-hour SLA
  • Use internal tools and documentation, such as HubSpot and Intercom to resolve questions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Partner with the Support team to help train and upskill non-credentialing teammates on common credentialing issues
  • Flag recurring themes or blockers to Credentialing leadership and help identify opportunities to improve automation
  • Support the credentialing specialists and manager as necessary

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $62,000 USD.

The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.

You’d be a good fit if you...

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and/or payor enrollment
  • Are confident interacting with healthcare providers and comfortable guiding them
  • Can manage a high volume of inbound questions with empathy and precision
  • Can communicate clearly in writing and verbally and you know how to explain things simply without oversimplifying
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow process flows accurately
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and are self-motivated and reliable

If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
