Role Overview
The CRM Manager, Ezra, at Function Health will lead the development and execution of customer- and lead-facing, multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail. This role will drive existing Ezra customers to rebook scans annually while nurturing prospective leads to schedule their first scan. Working cross-functionally, this role will craft targeted, data-driven messaging and continuously optimize strategy through testing and performance analysis—driving key actions such as first-time bookings, annual re-scans, and cross-selling Function memberships to ensure customers remain engaged and maximize the value of their Ezra experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns from concept to delivery across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail) across Ezra leads and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement in CRM retention strategy by leveraging customer data, running A/B tests, and regular analysis to optimize performance.
- Identify gaps in the customer and lead lifecycle experience, and work cross-functionally to plug them.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and drive measurable improvements based on trends, keeping key stakeholders regularly informed.
- Own and prioritize Ezra’s lifecycle roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and KPIs based on estimated impact and effort.
- Test and iterate on active campaigns to continuously optimize member retention and drive sustained engagement throughout the member lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM marketing, acquisition, or related roles, ideally within a subscription or membership environment.
- Proven experience in managing and executing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and/or direct mail channels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage data for campaign optimization.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and quickly shift focus based on evolving business needs.
- Required: Technical proficiency with Customer.io
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, tracking, and analytics tools.
To be a strong fit, you also need:
- Bias Toward Action: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make decisions under uncertainty, and move initiatives forward even in the face of ambiguity. We value individuals who are self-starters and ready to act on opportunities and challenges alike.
- Grit: Demonstrates perseverance and passion for long-term goals; resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong adaptability to changing business needs with a knack for building and optimizing processes. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be crucial in navigating the dynamic landscape of our industry, ensuring our platform remains competitive and responsive to user needs.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills. Effective communication is vital for cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment across our organization.
- Remote Work Adaptability: Comfort with remote work environments, demonstrating the ability to stay productive and connected with the team irrespective of physical location.
- Continuous Improvement: A willingness to question assumptions and a commitment to continuous improvement. Your openness to feedback and dedication to personal and professional growth will contribute significantly to our collective success.
