Job Description

• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
• Should have experience working with MSCRM 4.0 to 2016, with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape. Should have good ratio of On-premise, Online & mobile implementations with good knowledge of On-premise to Online upgrade approaches & data migration.
• Should have functional and architectural knowledge on Dynamics CRM/ other CRM domains with Industry verticals & horizontals.
• Deep experience in implementing multiple modules of MSCRM
• Should have been involved in 4-5 full length MS Dynamics CRM implementations including multiple rollouts and/or 2-3 Dynamics CRM complex support projects.
• Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements/customizations, integration with other applications are must.
o Implementation experience in CRM version 2015 and exposure to Dynamics CRM 2016 is a huge plus
o Experience with CRM on premises is required. Online version shall be an added advantage.
o Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Microsoft certifications preferred
o Consulting experience preferred
o Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks.
o Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget
o Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
o Professional and clear working manner onsite with clients.
Technical experience with:
• Net, C#, VB.Net
• Microsoft SQL server, including SSRS and SSIS
• Data Mining, T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Database Design
• HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/JQuery/VBScript/CSS
• XML/XSL/Web Services
• Design Patterns
• At least 2 years of experience in project execution
• At least 2 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
• At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
