Our Classroom Intelligence tools connect teachers, students, and curriculum—making meaningful learning happen in classrooms every day. We believe the best technology is cutting-edge, respects teachers’ time, integrates into real classrooms, and helps educators focus on what matters most.

Since launching, Brisk has experienced rapid growth. Over 2 million teachers use our platform, and we partner with districts and schools nationwide to transform how educators teach and how students learn.

We're backed by leading venture and edtech investors including Bessemer Venture Partners (Shopify, LinkedIn, Anthropic, Perplexity) and Owl Ventures (Newsela, Quizlet, MasterClass), with a team spanning top AI companies and real classroom experience.

We're a fast-moving, collaborative team driven by a shared commitment to educator impact and product excellence. Our values—urgency, ownership, and focus—shape how we build and who we are.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for our Curricular Solutions Architect to join our small, but fast-growing team and play a pivotal role as the team grows. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll combine your teaching experience and edtech sales expertise to help school and district leaders understand the transformative power of Brisk in the classroom.

YOU WILL:
  • Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs of K-12 schools and districts, showcasing how Brisk integrates with existing curriculum frameworks and enhances both teacher workflows and student outcomes.

  • Serve as a product expert and curriculum expert during the sales process and after close, demonstrating how Brisk supports standards-based instruction, answering technical questions about product use and curriculum alignment, and providing solutions to district curriculum and technology leaders, inclusive of subject specific leaders. Ex. ELA Curriculum Director, etc.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to share customer feedback, shape go-to-market messaging, and influence product roadmap priorities.

  • Map product capabilities to curricular needs by identifying how Brisk’s features support specific subject areas, grade-level standards, and instructional objectives.

  • Use insights to develop scalable resources such as demo scripts, training decks, and onboarding guides to support Brisk’s growing go-to-market strategy.

  • Support pilots and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with existing educational resources, facilitating handoff from sales to customer success, and helping educators quickly realize value from Brisk within their established curriculum frameworks.

Key Metrics For The Role

  • Increase average deal size for district deals in the MM and ENT segments

  • Revamp technology demonstration/how we demo and enable the GTM team on the new process and workflow

  • Achieve 70% pilot expansion conversion ratio on SA supported pilots

  • Implement scalable strategies to improve customer adoption

  • Increase NRR on supported post-sale customer implementations

YOU HAVE:
  • Former educator experience: You have at least 3+ years of classroom teaching experience (K-12 preferred), with a strong understanding of the day-to-day realities teachers face.

  • A collaborative mindset: You enjoy working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to make the whole company better.

  • Familiarity with other edtech solutions: You are comfortable with common edtech ecosystems (e.g., Google Workspace, LMS platforms like Canvas, Schoology, or Google Classroom).

BONUS:
  • Master’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in education leadership (AP, Principal, and beyond) or development preferred.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
