About the RoleDandy is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist with a strong background in restorative dentistry to provide exceptional support to our expanding customer base. As a frontline operator, you will engage directly with dental professionals, develop feedback loops, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of our products into dental practices and work to resolve any issues that may arise.
What You'll DoLeverage deep expertise in restorative dentistry to guide dental professionals through the setup and optimization of Dandy’s software and hardware solutions.
Communicate complex concepts effectively, offering in-depth live support for dental practices, assisting with technology, clinical workflows, and troubleshooting digital processes.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive issue resolution, strong relationship-building and delivering personalized support
Collaborate cross-functionally with order and lab operations to ensure timely and accurate service.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals on Windows 10 PCs.
Build trust and strong relationships with dental professionals through expert dental knowledge and personalized assistance.
Develop professionally in a fast-growing company by deepening your expertise in digital dentistry workflows, expanding your technical skills, and contributing to process improvements that shape the future of dentistry.
1-2 years of 3Shape design experience
Ability to resolve client issues and deliver a great experience through chat and email
Willingness to invest time researching, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues
Desire to work in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
Experience with Windows 10 & Google Suite
Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively with internal teams
Ability to sit for extended periods and work from a computer
Monthly Salary: $1100 ($1050 monthly salary + $50 commuter stipend or $50 home office stipend)
Overtime: Paid monthly at 1.75x, working holidays paid at 2x rate
Top 15% eligible for $250 quarterly bonus
