We are seeking a dedicated Boeing Customer Quality Support Representative to provide IETM-level support for the United States Army and international customers of the AH-64 and AH-6 rotorcraft. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our aircraft operations.

We are seeking a dedicated Boeing Customer Quality Support Representative to provide IETM-level support for the United States Army and international customers of the AH-64 and AH-6 rotorcraft. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our aircraft operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, modify, and provide IETM-level support to the United States Army and international customers for AH-64 and AH-6 rotorcraft.
- Serve as a Quality representative for AH-64 and AH-6 customers, specifically for post-DD250 aircraft.
- Communicate directly with DCMA, customer representatives, and International/USG field units to address quality concerns.
- Coordinate containment efforts and ensure stakeholder awareness and involvement across Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Customer teams.
- Determine the root cause of Quality Assurance and customer findings, driving corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct process surveillances and audits to ensure compliance with military, Boeing, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide Quality Assurance authority for the implementation and completion of Retrofit Service Notices (RSN), modifications, and Safety Messages.
- Offer Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultation and technical services for Aircraft Note Book (ACN) use, testing, and implementation in Boeing Mesa.
- Verify aircraft documentation with meticulous attention to detail, collaborating with ACN/MCDS users on the Mesa site to resolve errors.
- Act as a SME for Army publications and records, including but not limited to AH-64E IETM (TM 1-1520-Longbow/Apache) and DA PAM 738-751.
- Implement and track Safety Messages to AMCOM via the AMTRACKS system.
- Collaborate respectfully with colleagues to solve complex problems.
- Maintain a Secret Security Clearance with the US Government for daily aircraft operations and base access.
- Be willing to travel internationally on occasion.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Army Aviation Quality Assurance experience.
- Proven experience performing all listed Key Responsibilities.
- Experience in airplane operational and organizational processes in maintenance operations and/or flight operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years maintaining the AH-64 Apache to IETM / AH-6 Little Bird to IETP.
- Experience building relationships with customers, program offices, subcontractors, and product organizations.
- Experience with giving presentations and speaking in a leadership environment and facilitating cross functional meetings and discussions.
- Currently has a Secret Security Clearance with the US Government for daily aircraft operations and base access.
- Proven ability to identify product/process issues and lead efforts to resolve with minimal oversight.
