The Impact of a Customer Solution Partner  at Coupa:

The Customer Solution Partner (CSP) is a pivotal role where you will collaborate with Coupa Sales teams to articulate Coupa’s Professional Services approach, methodology, and scope for delivery projects, emphasizing early value delivery. You will assemble Coupa's part in proposals, encompassing scoping, estimating, and costing.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Professional Services within your assigned territory, encompassing prospecting, qualifying, maturing, and closing new service engagements in collaboration with the Software Sales teams.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a Services territory strategy and specific account plans.

  • Generate services opportunities, manage pursuit activities, present comprehensive project proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), and lead negotiations with customers to secure deals.

  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships from initial engagement through deal closure, and sustain these relationships to help ensure successful project delivery and support the sale of subsequent services offerings.

  • Proactively ensure that customer value realization is attained, critical pain points are identified, and long-term, scalable solutions are recommended.

  • Actively participate in sales cycles, covering all facets of Coupa services

  • Collaborate closely with the Professional Services Engagement Managers and Solution Design Architects to design, estimate, and scope engagements, both directly and through our partners.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of outbound sales experience specializing in the sale of consulting projects, solutions, or managed services within a Software/SaaS environment, with demonstrated expertise in procurement and accounting processes.

  • Proven capability to cultivate robust relationships across all organizational levels, both internally and with clients and partners.

  • Exhibits exceptional discretionary effort, discipline, and organizational proficiency, thereby ensuring consistent performance, reliable execution, and scalable growth.

  • Possesses a positive, proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development, which fosters resilience, adaptability, and sustained success in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent qualification is required.
