ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Partnerships division includes our Business Development and Sales team as well as our Customer Success team. We have created a brand new Customer Success Analyst position to become part of the latter. This new hire will work remotely and report to the VP, Customer Success.
Our customers are national health plans and this new Analyst will contribute to the success of our relationships with each of them!
In this role, you'll support the Customer Success team by analyzing data, then using those insights to craft compelling customer value stories, while also helping with tasks typically handled by Sales Operations. Your efforts will directly impact (ideally improve!) customer retention, satisfaction, and growth, making you a vital part of our mission-driven organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Data & Insights
-Pull, clean, and interpret data from internal systems and databases using basic SQL
-Create and update dashboards and reports in tools like Looker, Kibana, or Google Sheets
-Monitor key metrics and highlight trends that impact customer satisfaction, revenue and performance
Customer Success Support
-Build and maintain weekly customer-facing value story decks to demonstrate impact and ROI
-Analyze operational and outcomes data to extract actionable insights
-Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to prepare for regular client meetings
-Support execution of customer implementation deliverables including requirements gathering, system configuration, and other launch deliverables
Sales Operations Support
-Support pipeline reporting and opportunity tracking
-Collaborate with Operations to ensure adequate staffing for planned pipeline
-Assist with CRM hygiene, data entry, and reporting (e.g., Hubspot)
-Help streamline and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency
-Work cross-functionally with Operations and Product teams to ensure data alignment
-Support ad hoc RFP requests
-Help with the coordination of logistics for industry and partner events
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, sales operations, business analytics, or a related role that focuses/focused on analyzing data to inform decisions
- Strong data analysis skills with a working knowledge of SQL
- Experience building value decks and data-driven customer presentations
- Familiarity with dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Kibana)
- Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or healthcare operations
