The Customer Success Manager at Infinite Media plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their journey from onboarding to realizing ongoing value. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and fostering long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to product launch
- Provide training sessions and resources to educate customers on best practices and maximize their use of our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to achieve their goals.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic check-ins.
- Proactively monitor performance and develop strategies to address potential issues before they become problems.
- Lead regular check-ins and strategic discussions to ensure customers are using Infinite Media’s products effectively.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and refine customer success strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for renewal, upselling, and cross-selling based on customer needs and product fit.
- Work closely with the Director of Customer Success to align on strategic goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or fundraising, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital media campaigns, advertising metrics, and creative strategy.
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing or customer success role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Skilled in communication—both written and verbal—with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Familiarity using tools like PageProof or similar review platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable with data; able to interpret campaign results and translate them into client-friendly insights.
- A team player with high emotional intelligence and a passion for helping others succeed.
