Job Requirements
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
  • 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role in SaaS , ideally in HCM, HRIS, or people-tech
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence handling renewals and expansions
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment- curious, adaptable, and always learning
  • Assist in critical projects to help elevate our overall Mid Market experience
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skill
  • Experience with HR/People/Payroll systems
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics, CS tools (e.g. Gainsight, Salesforce)
  • Experience working across multiple geographies or cultures

Job Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our US team and play a key role in driving long-term success and satisfaction for our growing portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. You'll work with some of our most strategic clients, ensuring they see ongoing value from Bob and helping them achieve their HR and business goals.
You Will
  • Be the strategic advisor and main point of contact for a most strategic Mid Market Clients
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with HR stakeholders, from HR Managers to CHROs and People Partners
  • Lead success planning , executive business reviews , and renewal/expansion conversations
  • Ensure customers are fully onboarded, trained, and successfully adopted across all Bob modules
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your accounts, collaborating with Sales and Product where needed
  • Provide product guidance, best practices, and insights to drive engagement, usage, and advocacy
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, working with Product, Support, and other teams to improve our offering
  • Contribute to team development by mentoring junior CSMs and supporting cross-functional initiatives

Base salaries for this role range from $106,000 - $135,000 per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.
