JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Support RepresentativeRemote, US (Pacific Hours, any time zone accepted)

As a Call Center Representative, you must have the ability to handle a high volume of customer calls (inbound and outbound) with the primary focus of scheduling appointments against insurance claims. The position requires excellent communication and telephone etiquette. People who excel in this role balance customer service with persuasive communication techniques to capture appointments.

What you'll Drive:
  • Review the customer's assignment and effectively schedule an appointment with the designated collision repair facility.

  • Answer inbound calls and assist or provide additional assistance accordingly.

  • Provide information on what to expect during the repair experience.

  • Follow company guidelines and insurance carrier requirements.

  • Provide superior customer service via phones and emails.

  • Use effective questioning and listening skills.

  • Maintain a professional attitude when handling calls.

  • Document conversations accurately; strong typing and computer skills required.

  • Follow operating procedures and adapt quickly to new processes.

  • Participate in educational opportunities to grow product and service knowledge.

What you'll Bring:
  • Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, food service, etc.).

  • Availability for any shift across call center hours: M-Th 7am-7pm PT, F 7am-5pm PT, Sat 9am-1pm PT.

  • High school education or equivalent required.

  • Strong typing and computer skills.

  • Eager and positive attitude. Thrives in a dynamic and flexible environment.

  • Graceful under pressure.

What we Offer:
  • Remote working model.

  • $17/hr + weekly bonus potential.

  • 40hrs/week full time position + full benefits.

  • Rotation for weekend shifts.
