Position Overview

 

Pc Structural is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is professional, organized, responsive, and customer-focused to support our clients and internal teams.

 

The Customer Support Specialist will serve as an important point of contact for clients, prospective customers, and company personnel. The successful candidate will respond to inquiries, provide general information about our services, assist with project-related communication, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure that customer concerns and requests are directed to the appropriate team members.

 

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other approved communication channels.
  • Provide customers with general information regarding Pc Structural’s services and project processes.
  • Assist clients with questions relating to structural engineering services, project updates, documentation, scheduling, and general inquiries.
  • Receive, document, and appropriately route customer requests to engineers, project managers, or other relevant personnel.
  • Follow up with customers and internal team members to ensure inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project-related records in company systems.
  • Schedule consultations, calls, meetings, and other customer appointments when required.
  • Assist with collecting relevant information and documentation from clients for project processing.
  • Identify customer concerns and escalate technical or complex matters to the appropriate engineering or management personnel.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, correspondence, and general customer-support activities.
  • Protect confidential customer, project, and company information.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold Pc Structural’s professional standards.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is an advantage.
  • Previous customer service, customer support, administrative, or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and common online communication tools.
  • Ability to learn new software and company systems quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-working environment for remote employees.
