We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service remotely, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

*   Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

*   High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
*   Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
*   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*   Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
*   Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
*   Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
*   Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
