About the Role:

 As part of Zoom's Product, Solutions & Industry Marketing Team, the Analyst Relations Manager will have responsibility for select industry analyst and influencer relations. This person will work closely with other members of the Product, Solutions, and Industry Marketing team and cross-functional groups to advance Zoom's position as a leading CCaaS vendor with the analyst/influencer community.

Zoom is looking for an Analyst Relations Manager responsible for driving strategic programs to top-tier industry analysts. Key responsibilities of this leadership role include push and pull programs with key analysts that result in Zoom’s positive market position; including effective communication of vision, strategy, product direction, customer success and competitive position.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the primary liaison between industry analysts and Zoom, maintaining professional relationships and strategic engagements.

  • Serve as a spokesperson and evangelist for Zoom's CX product suite.

  • Implement best practices for analyst relations programs, including inquiries, briefings, RFI submissions, and events.

  • Collaborate across teams to drive engagement and insights in line with company goals.

  • Manage inbound and outbound analyst requests efficiently, providing timely support to teams.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key analysts covering Zoom CX and leverage their expertise for various initiatives.

  • Communicate Zoom CX news, strategy, and future plans to analysts, while facilitating analyst input on company direction.

  • Work cross functionally to develop briefing materials, manage analyst engagements, and contribute to research and competitive evaluation reports.

  • Represent and champion Zoom CX in analyst discussions and industry conferences.

About You:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B technology space.

  • 3+ years of successful experience in a dedicated CX analyst relations role preferred or 5+ years of successful experience in a communications role at a high-tech company or PR agency where analyst relations was a job component.

  • Proof of strong working relationships across all levels and building cross-functional relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.

  • Experience partnering and supporting product marketing, product management, customer advocacy, and other similar functions.

  • Demonstrated understanding of CX or CCaaS industry (incl. but not limited to hardware partners, developers, security, etc.) and industries’ best practices in the competitive space.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Quick learner, must be able to respond to a variety of analyst and marketing requests with tight deadlines.

  • Strong work ethic and passion for excellent customer service.

  • Strategic thinker with a high attention to detail.

  • Comfortable speaking with higher executives and industry analysts.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97 600,00

Maximum:

$225 700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
