How you will contribute
You will conduct innovative pilot projects to drive disruptive ideas across the organization, using the learnings from these projects to inform decisions on whether to incorporate them as a portfolio project or to introduce them as a new proof of concept. Working with other Mondelēz teams, you will get to experiment with cutting-edge technologies to build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue. In addition, you will get to bring the outside in by building relationships with start-ups and building your knowledge of actual proof-of-concept cases and lead end-to-end product management activities after the proof of concept has been successfully adopted.

Role Purpose
Lead the Owned & Earned ecosystem and Consumer Data Activation agenda by integrating data-driven thinking into always-on and campaign activity. This role is responsible for driving brand-aligned digital content, activating consumer data to create meaningful experiences, and orchestrating channels, platforms, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
You will sit at the intersection of content, media, data, and technology, ensuring consumer insights translate into high-performing experiences across owned, earned, and CRM environments.
Key Responsibilities
Owned & Earned Ecosystem
  • Scope, plan, develop, distribute and monitor brand-aligned digital content across websites, apps, CRM, social, and earned platforms.
  • Own the content roadmap and delivery model, managing integration of data into content experiences.
  • Define content strategies, channel plans, calendars, and campaign frameworks aligned to brand objectives.
  • Partner with Brand and CX teams to implement content and campaign strategies across digital channels.
  • Lead influencer strategy (organic, paid and PR), including briefing, activation and performance tracking.
  • Oversee CMS and martech platforms to automate creative operations and optimize workflows.
  • Manage agencies and creative partners for owned and earned channel execution.
  • Track, measure and report performance across channels, optimizing content based on engagement, conversion and consumer behavior.
  • Use social listening and analytics to inform content creation and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver Voice of Consumer insights back to brand teams.

Consumer Data Activation
  • Act as champion for consumer data within the business unit, embedding data-driven ways of working.
  • Own the Consumer Data Strategy (including CRM) and execution roadmap.
  • Partner with legal, IT and data teams to ensure data governance, compliance and privacy adherence.
  • Enable first-party data capture and activation across channels (web, CRM, email, SMS, apps, direct mail).
  • Translate data into actionable insights for segmentation, personalization and journey design.
  • Develop consumer journeys and experience frameworks using behavioral and transactional data.
  • Support deployment of CRM platforms and consumer engagement tools.
  • Deliver reporting on acquisition, engagement and lifetime value.
  • Provide recommendations to improve MMM inputs, attribution modeling and campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous optimization of consumer experiences through testing, analytics and insight generation.

Education & Core Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years experience in a media agency and/or digital marketing environment, with hands-on exposure to content, media activation, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Strong experience in digital marketing activation across owned, earned and paid ecosystems.
  • Content strategy and planning expertise.
  • Deep understanding of online platforms and social media channels.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and consumer data ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business actions.
  • Familiarity with martech stacks (CMS, CDP, CRM, analytics, deployment tools).
  • Project management and stakeholder orchestration skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating between creative teams, agencies, IT, legal and brand stakeholders.
  • Curious, growth-oriented, and commercially minded.

  • Marketing automation and personalization.
  • Consumer journey mapping and experience design.
  • MMM / attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Data privacy regulations (GDPR or equivalent).
  • Agency management (creative, media, CRM).
  • Agile marketing or test-and-learn methodologies.
  • Translating strategy into execution across regional or multi-market environments.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
