The Opportunity
As part of the Cyber Strategy, Risk & Compliance team, you will be at the forefront of transforming cybersecurity for our clients through innovative, AI-driven solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of cybersecurity challenges. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies, empowering you to enhance your technical knowledge and personal brand in a rapidly evolving field.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML systems and applications for cybersecurity use cases, such as threat detection, risk management, and security operations automation
- Implement and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference on cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
- Build proofs-of-concept and prototypes for innovative agentic and generative AI systems to solve specific client security problems
- Write clean, high-quality, and production-ready code and documentation for AI-powered security solutions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to the design and architecture of AI-enabled security solutions
- Assist in developing and presenting technical findings and the results of your work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in software development, AI/ML engineering, or another relevant technical field preferred
- Demonstrating proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Building applications with LLM orchestration frameworks
- Implementing cloud-native AI services on AWS or GCP
- Gaining experience in a cybersecurity-related domain
- Contributing to open-source projects in AI or cybersecurity
- Utilizing ML Ops tools and practices such as Docker, Kubemetes, CI/CD for models
- Working with AI-enabled automation platforms such as Swimlane, Torq or Tines
- Professional certifications in cloud platforms preferred (e.g. (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning
- Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer)
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
