The Cybersecurity Analyst II is responsible for managing financial forecasting and procurement workflows for cybersecurity technology products, ensuring operational continuity and effective financial management.

Position Purpose:
At The Home Depot, we protect what matters most by ensuring the effective financial management and operational continuity of our cybersecurity technology investments. This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of non-labor spend, including financial forecasting, capitalization, procurement workflows, and lifecycle management of third-party cybersecurity products.
- Focus: Operational financial administration, primarily focused on full lifecycle tracking of Cybersecurity's portfolio of technology product purchases/renewals.
- Role Description: Serves as the operational lead for non-labor spend specializing in capitalization requirements, purchase workflow administration, and technical asset tracking.
- Customer Scope: Supports Cybersecurity Product Owners (Managers), Directors, IT Finance, and Strategic Sourcing.
Objectives:
- Manage financial forecasting and receipting for capitalized hardware/software Cybersecurity products.
- Ensure zero business interruption by proactively managing product renewal dates for all 3rd party technology.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all 3rd party Cybersecurity technology products.

- 60% Analysis - Synthesize data to develop a solution, communicate the solution to stakeholders Analyze problems, structure the issue and perform analysis
- 10% Collaborate - Partner cross-functionally to identify trends and resolve issues
- 30% Drive Execution - Ensure initiative/project goals are met in a timely manner Implement solutions to meet customer expectations

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
