Description
As a member of the Managed Services team, the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain T&L Support Consultant will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service. A Managed Services Support Consultant will be self-motivated to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application. The Support Consultant will own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members until resolution is delivered. The T&L Support Consultant’s primary focus will be assisting customers with the Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management modules; however, other modules and basic Dynamics 365 ERP functionality is expected. They will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement.
Location: Remote home-office with up to 50% travel
Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot issues and deliver high quality solutions
- Effectively communicate to customers, partners, team members, and management

- Create, develop, and deliver proactive services with the use of new features or common repetitive areas
- Maintain effective customer relationships
- Log incidents and document communications in CE
- Follow established standards & methodologies
- Optimize individual utilization
- Continue your professional education by setting specific annual training goals
- Participate in larger project initiatives and lead process area-specific workstreams
- Design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, and inventory counting.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 warehouse management module based on the defined requirements, including setting up warehouse locations, reservation hierarchy, wave, work, location directives, mobile device and labels.
- Provide comprehensive training to business process owners on the warehouse management functionalities within Dynamics 365, including system navigation, configuration, process, and key features.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment)
- Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience
- Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP T&L certification within first 90 days of employment.
- Strong industry experience within Supply Chain or Materials Management
- Experience with implementing and supporting advanced warehouse (WMS) functionality
- Working knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)
- Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
- Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- English: Fluent
- Valid Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Dynamics 365 ERP 2012 experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Certification in at least one other module
- Experience with other Dynamics 365 ERP Modules
- Experience with Landed Cost
- Experience with SPS EDI, RF Smart, or other ISVs a plus
- APICS CPIM or CSCP
