Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project objectives, scope, milestones, and critical success factors for CE and smaller FSC implementations

  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to statements of work, project timelines, and budgets

  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly communicated

  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating when appropriate

  • Guide internal teams and clients through project phases, deliverables, and implementation methodology

  • Facilitate and contribute to client-facing meetings, including project kickoff, status reviews, and issue resolution discussions

  • Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial tracking

  • Prioritize and differentiate between critical and non-critical tasks to support on-time delivery

  • Provide regular project status reporting, including schedule, risks, and budget vs. actuals

  • Support project financial management activities such as billing coordination, change orders, and contract administration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify follow-on opportunities and support continuity across engagements

  • Follow established escalation procedures to resolve project issues efficiently and professionally

  • Assist with resource scheduling and availability management to support project delivery needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment

  • Experience supporting ERP, FSC, or financial systems implementations; Microsoft D365 exposure is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple smaller or mid-sized projects concurrently

  • Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and documentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on CE or smaller-scope FSC engagements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 FSC or F&O project environments

  • Exposure to Agile, hybrid, or structured implementation methodologies

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus, but not required

  • Experience supporting project financials, billing coordination, and contract administration

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $113,900 - $155,200. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $125,300 - $170,800. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $131,000 - $178,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
