As a Data Analyst, Analytics & Insights you will be responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions that drive data-informed decision making. Working under guidance, this role translates business needs into insights by analyzing data and building Power BI dashboards using sources such as SAP, Salesforce/ServiceMax, SQL Server, and Databricks.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, gather requirements and support data governance, documentation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate, reliable insights—requiring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration.
What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with users and business leaders
- Gather and document business requirements in partnership with stakeholders
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and reporting solutions
- Participate in presentations and communications with business stakeholders
- Query and analyze data using SQL or other analytical programming languages to support reporting and analytics needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using approved business intelligence tools
- Perform data and process analysis to support ad-hoc business questions and requests
- Triage and resolve reporting issues, including data accuracy concerns
- Maintain clear documentation of reports, datasets, and analytic processes
- Support adherence to data governance practices including documentation of data definitions, sources, and calculations
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to align on architecture and data sourcing
- Assist with training and education of users on reporting solutions to promote effective report usage
- Contribute to team development by suggesting improvements to tools, workflows, and analytics capabilities
What you need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
- Experience with SQL.
Preferred
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience in at least one programming language central to data analytics (e.g., Python, R, DAX, M).
- Experience with data transformation and cleansing concepts as well as basic database structures and data modeling concepts.

- USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
- US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
- US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
- US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
- US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
- US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
