The Data Analyst role involves supporting client projects through data analysis, reporting, and insights, leveraging various digital analytics tools.
We are looking for a freelance Data Analyst to assist and support our business and data intelligence practice for a variety of our client work. This role will deliver rich data and analytics to both our internal teams in support of our client work as well as providing key insights to our clients. You are highly detail-oriented, have a working knowledge of digital analytics technologies, and have a talent for uncovering trends and insights working with data visualization technologies and data schemas.

- Perform ad hoc website traffic and performance using Google Analytics 4
- Prepare and produce analytics reports for our clients
- Assist with data pulling, reporting and creation of presentation decks
- Work daily within digital analytics platforms to explore complex data sets and make recommendations for marketing strategies and/or site design changes
- Work in tandem with our Strategy and Data teams to inventory and audit existing data sources and vendors
- Provide overall support to the Senior Analytics Analyst across projects
- Minimum of 4 years developing marketing performance measurement using digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in GA4 and can navigate the basics of the platform with minimal supervision beyond site specific context
- Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
- An understanding of marketing data metrics and ability to analyze said metrics
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working at/for a Digital Marketing Agency
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
