In this role, you will help turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support internal teams, clients, and partners.

As a Data Insight Analyst, you will work across reporting, analysis, and client support to help ensure data is accurate, meaningful, and aligned to business needs. You will play a key role in translating data into insights, supporting stakeholder requests, and helping teams navigate evolving data requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop reports and analytics using data from the data warehouse and Salesforce using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting and analytics tools.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, and correlations over time.
  • Apply statistical analysis to identify patterns and relationships in the data.
  • Provide context and explanations for the data through visualizations and narrative descriptions.
  • Identify outliers or anomalies in the data and investigate their causes.
  • Review and QA data and reports before they are provided to internal or external clients.
  • Communicate directly with customers on data needs and key deadlines.
  • Research and identify data quality issues.
  • Manage ongoing partner requests and questions regarding data specifications.
  • Configure mapping tools to support translation from source data to the desired format, including testing and documentation.
  • Act as a resident expert for data requirements and specifications internally and for clients as needed.
  • Remain informed on ongoing changes and evolution of assigned program data specifications.
  • Lead client and partner web-based trainings regarding data specifications and requirements.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-6 years of analytics experience.
  • Self-starter, an individual who is not fully dependent on direction to fulfill the functions of the role.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial-like environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and statistical analysis is a must.
  • Experience with QA or report validation is a must.
  • Experience with data mapping and documentation workflows is a must.
  • Previous client-facing experience managing partner or customer data requests directly is a must.
  • Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
