The Opportunity
As a Data Risk & Privacy - Data Governance - Knowledge Graph / Data Engineering - Director, you will lead efforts to protect organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will focus on identifying vulnerabilities, developing secure systems, and providing proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will translate vision into action, inspiring others to follow and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of data governance frameworks to protect sensitive information
- Overseeing cybersecurity initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and develop secure systems
- Managing risk assessments and security audits to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client data
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes
- Promoting technological advancements to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Mentoring and guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of cybersecurity strategies
- Collaborating with executive-level clients to shape the direction of engagements and maintain strong relationships
- Developing innovative solutions and structures to drive thought leadership in cybersecurity and data governance
- Confirming compliance with security frameworks and standards to safeguard information assets
- Encouraging creativity and problem-solving by exploring multiple angles and fostering a culture of innovation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Project/Technology Management, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Data Factory and data architecture development
- Leading cybersecurity governance and information security management initiatives
- Developing innovative data governance strategies and solutions
- Excelling in strategic questioning and systemic thinking for complex problem-solving
- Promoting technological advances in data privacy and security frameworks
- Mentoring teams in cybersecurity and data risk management practices
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
