Insights & Analytics
ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What You'll Do

• Apply quantitative and analytical skills to answer clients' business and reporting questions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business information needs and translate insights into action.
• Plan and execute data analyses, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Solve unstructured, open-ended problems, balancing both technical rigor and business context.
• Communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders, emphasizing actionable insights over methodology.
• Quickly learn clients' internal processes and develop expertise in their analytics areas.
• Support clients during standard business hours.

What You'll Bring

• MBA, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with a quantitative background (e.g., Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering). 5-8 years of relevant experience may substitute for a graduate degree.
• 3 years post-MBA or Master's, or 3-5 years pre-MBA/Master's relevant experience with strong analytical work using tools such as SQL, Python or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude that integrates both technical and business thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• High motivation, initiative, and ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of data, analytics, and business.

Travel:
Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
