* The Digital Velocity Delivery Manager is a business, sales, and solutions thought leader at CDW. They provide leadership and support for Sales, Solution Architects and Services teams within their region. The DV Delivery Manager is accountable for effective and efficient day-to-day Professional Services operations, and for driving alignment with the Sales team and Solutions team. This role is focused on leading Advanced Technology Services Teams to achieve finance, operations, client, and coworker targets.
* What you'll do:
* Attain revenue and gross profit growth targets while collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to achieve practice goals.
* Collaborate with the solutions practice to develop strategy and service offerings for the Azure portfolio, ensuring alignment with industry shifts toward AI and data modernization.
* Ensure the incorporation of Microsoft Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) best practices in all client solutions.
* Manage project financials, team utilization, and practice profitability.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, including Microsoft and HashiCorp, to evangelize CDW capabilities and address market gaps.
* Act as an escalation point for client issues and conduct face-to-face loyalty meetings with top-tier clients to ensure high satisfaction.
* Validate and approve Statements of Work (SoWs) and align with Go-to-Market teams to implement sales strategies through delivery.
* Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier Azure talent to scale practice growth.
* Accelerate technical and professional development through coaching, ensuring a focus on consultative soft skills that allow engineers to translate complex Azure architectures into business outcomes for clients.
* Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills in Agentic AI, Azure AI, Platform Engineering, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and FinOps to meet evolving market demands.
* Monitor and resolve coworker satisfaction issues and collaborate with Senior PSMs on compensation and bonus structures.
* Foster a Community of Practice within the Azure team to encourage knowledge sharing of emerging patterns, reusable IaC modules, and lessons learned from complex client engagements.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' experience delivering large scale, enterprise class technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support. Or, 11+ years' experience delivering large scale, enterprise-class technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support.
* 1+ year managerial experience.
* Proven experience in consulting management and leading/scaling technical teams.
* 2- 5 years of experience with P&L responsibility.
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cloud Native patterns, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform), and DevOps solutions.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and risk management skills.
* Ability to lead teams, gain consensus, and ensure attainment of critical results.
* Attain revenue and gross profit growth targets within their region.
* Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Services Teams and Management to achieve Services goals and attainment of all targets, while also providing leadership and support for these teams.
