Job Description About the Role

The Demand Generation Campaign Manager owns the end-to-end execution, orchestration, and optimization of integrated campaigns focused on generating, capturing, and converting net new demand and driving pipeline and bookings with Revenue partners. You operate as the central hub for your campaigns, responsible for synthesizing strategy into a cohesive multi-channel journey. You are accountable for measuring performance against funnel targets and championing a resilient, test-and-learn approach for continuous improvement. You bring judgment and autonomy to your role, making decisions within your campaign scope while contributing to how the broader function operates.

What You'll DoEnd-to-End Campaign Execution

Own the full execution lifecycle of assigned integrated campaigns, leveraging execution playbooks and standards set by the function. You manage timelines, dependencies, and quality across multiple workstreams and make tactical decisions to keep programs on track and aligned to objectives.

Cross-Channel Orchestration

Serve as the central hub for your campaigns, actively managing cross-functional dependencies and timelines to ensure programs launch on time. You coordinate and integrate the efforts of channel owners (Paid Media, Web, Lifecycle, Field) and Brand partners to create a single, cohesive customer journey. You hold teams accountable to SLAs and escalate blockers proactively.

Brief Development & GTM Alignment

Drive the creation of clear, comprehensive campaign briefs that detail objectives, targeting, messaging, and channel mix, ensuring full strategic alignment with PMM, Content, Brand, and Revenue teams. You synthesize feedback and make recommendations to refine strategy when data or stakeholder input suggests adjustments.

Pipeline Accountability & Resiliency

Own campaign performance management against funnel targets (leads, MQLs, IOs). When programs underperform, you proactively identify new tactics, iterate on existing ones, and champion a resilient, test-and-learn mindset to ensure we hit our goals. You take ownership of outcomes and adjust course as needed.

Data Analysis & Iteration

Rigorously measure campaign performance, communicate results to key stakeholders, and derive actionable insights that inform future optimization and budget allocation decisions. You build the measurement infrastructure for your campaigns and use data to make trade-off decisions.

Stakeholder Activation & Revenue Alignment

Act as the primary operational contact for Sales and SDR teams for your assigned campaigns. You ensure Sales teams are enabled with content and context, and you monitor adherence to internal SLAs and lead routing best practices to maximize the conversion and progression of your campaign-generated opportunities. You develop strong partnerships with Revenue leadership and provide them with the visibility and support they need to execute.

Function Contribution

Participate in team planning and process refinement. Share learnings and best practices with peers; contribute to how the team evolves its playbooks and standards. You build expertise in a particular domain (channel, audience, motion, or campaign type) and become a go-to resource for the team on that topic.

Who You AreExecution Driver & Process Adherent

5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment, with a demonstrated ability to execute complex workflows adhering to strict GTM standards and SLAs. You take ownership of delivery and hold yourself and teams accountable to commitments.

Highly Collaborative Orchestrator

A natural collaborator who excels at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams to achieve shared campaign goals. You communicate with clarity and conviction, earn trust quickly, and navigate competing priorities with diplomacy.

Analytical & Resilient

You are comfortable working with marketing metrics to measure campaigns and possess a resilient mindset, focused on iterating quickly based on data. You see setbacks as learning opportunities and adjust tactics without losing momentum.

Autonomous Operator

You exercise good judgment within your campaign scope, making decisions without requiring constant direction. You know when to escalate and when to solve problems independently. You balance speed with rigor.

Growth Mindset

You embrace a test-and-learn approach, prioritizing rapid execution, failing fast, and iterating quickly to drive continuous improvement. You stay curious about new channels, tactics, and approaches and are willing to experiment.

Exceptional Communicator

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and driving alignment. You document your work, share insights proactively, and help others understand both the "what" and the "why" behind campaign decisions.

What You'll Bring
  • Track record of owning multiple campaigns or programs from planning through optimization
  • Comfort with marketing technology, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively amid competing priorities
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach to execution and documentation

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
