The role

We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager, AI to own pipeline-focused marketing at Suite. This person will build and run the programs that create demand, capture intent, and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

We want someone who is deeply performance-oriented and genuinely AI-first in how they work. You should know how to use AI to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production, testing, lead nurture, reporting, and funnel optimization. This role is for someone who wants to build a smarter, faster demand engine from the ground up.

What you’ll do

  • Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, email, landing pages, nurture, retargeting, and campaign testing

  • Build full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth

  • Use AI to improve audience research, campaign development, personalization, reporting, and performance analysis

  • Create AI-assisted systems for faster campaign iteration and better conversion optimization

  • Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline progression

  • Build persona-based and use-case-based campaigns that speak to the right buyers

  • Improve funnel performance from first touch through qualified opportunity

  • Develop clear reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion, and efficiency

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS

  • Proven ownership of paid campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and funnel optimization

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign and CRM data

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve execution and decision-making

  • Strong operator mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration

  • Bonus: experience in technical SaaS, infrastructure software, workflow tools, or creative-tech markets

What success looks like

  • More qualified pipeline and stronger conversion rates

  • Faster campaign launch cycles and more testing velocity

  • Better lead quality and tighter alignment with sales

  • More efficient spend and clearer attribution

  • AI embedded into the demand engine in a way that improves both speed and performance

Benefits at Suite:

  • Best in class health & dental

  • Hybrid work environment; A balance of in-office and remote work to foster collaboration and flexibility (for those located in the Denver/Boulder area)

  • Unlimited paid time off

  • Fitness & wellness stipend

  • Taco Tuesday, every Tuesday
Some roles, such as internships, may not be eligible for certain benefits.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
