About the role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our demand generation strategy and efforts. This role requires a high level of autonomy and expertise in designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to create and implement high-impact campaigns that attract and convert our ideal customers.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

  • Design and optimize multi-channel strategy for both PLG (organic traffic, paid search, growth) and sales-led channels (Paid Social, Email, Field, Webinars).

  • Track, analyze, and report on key demand generation metrics, using data to inform strategy and optimize ROI.

  • Own website optimizations and content development to increase organic traffic, improve user journeys, and boost conversion rates for sign-ups and MQLs.

  • Partner with sales and product marketing teams to align on messaging and optimize funnel performance.

  • Nurture programs and create sales enablement assets to guide prospects through the buyer journey.

Ideal candidate credentials
  • 5-10 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing.

  • Proven success in building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable revenue impact.

  • Expertise in high-quality list building and targeting, paid acquisition, email marketing, content marketing, and conversion optimization.

  • Fluent in customer marketing strategies to cultivate reference customers and drive advocacy.

  • Highly analytical and results-oriented, with a strong focus on ROI and metrics-driven decision-making.

  • Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
