Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Deployment Project Manager to be part of making this happen.

Location: This role is open to Hybrid-Eden Prairie-MN-USA, Remote-USA, Hybrid-Waterloo-CAN, Remote-CAN.

About the Role:

As a Deployment Project Manager within Customer Success, you will work closely with both Customers, Partners and our Security Services team to help drive implementation of the Arctic Wolf Services. You are creative and a self-starter – always looking for ways to improve processes and create a better customer experience for our Partners and Customers. Responsibilities include monitoring workflow amongst the team and ensuring project delivery and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project plans, track customer requirements and translate customer/partner requests into project deliverables

  • Assist Professional Services Engineers to manage technical project milestones for implementing Arctic Wolf services from close of sale through customer validated installation of service

  • Work closely with our sales team to gather and document customer expectations and requirements to ensure successful deployments

  • Be an advocate for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying and communicating the compelling needs for change/improvement

  • Facilitate and/or conduct meetings with clients to ensure project milestones are being hit

  • Ensure quality standards and metrics are being consistently applied in the implementation of projects

  • Weekly status updates for implementation Projects in progress

  • Perform other projects and responsibilities, as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associates degree, or combination of education and relevant experience

  • 1 to 3 years of Project Management experience

  • At least 6 months of Project Management experience, in Project Manager 1 Role

  • Ability to contribute to process improvements and to manage projects in a technology-based service organization desired

  • Aptitude for technology knowledge, spreadsheet and Salesforce utilization; previous experience with project management tools

  • Fanatical devotion to customer service, business quality, and data security

  • The ideal candidate thinks out-of-the-box and energizes others with passion, quality and commitment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills

  • Must have the ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment

  • Previous customer facing experience

  • Some travel may be required

Nice to have Skills and Experience:

  • PMI or CAPM Certification

Security Requirements

The base salary range for this job family is 60,300 to 175,500 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
