We are seeking an experienced Depot Integration Program Manager to lead complex projects with international customers in the Aerospace and Defense industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, developing customer relationships, and delivering results-driven solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex project lifecycles. Additionally, the Depot Integration Program Manager will be responsible for developing a strategy to grow international depot business opportunities, identifying new markets, and expanding existing relationships.

Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630

Additionally, the Depot Integration Program Manager will be responsible for developing a strategy to grow international depot business opportunities, identifying new markets, and expanding existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow both domestic and international Depot business opportunities
- Lead proposal development efforts to include negotiations and award
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with company goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop executable Statements of Work (SOWs) for proposal pricing
- Manage cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle of Depot stand up
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track project performance and ensure cost, schedule, and scope are aligned
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant experience leading complex projects within sustainment and Depot services
- Proven experience working with Aerospace and Defense type customers and end-users
- Familiarity with international business practices and cultural norms
- The ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex project lifecycles
- Strong understanding of integrated master schedules and baselines, as well as Earned Value Management principles
- Ability to develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Strong understanding of organic-based Depot support facilities
- Expertise working with international customers and navigating cultural differences
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ITAR, FAR)
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP)
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships
- Experience with market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Professional certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is desirable
