We are seeking motivated In-Home Sales Consultants who enjoy meeting homeowners, designing customized solutions, and closing deals. This is a high-income opportunity with unlimited commission potential for individuals who are driven, personable, and eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations

• Use our iPad-based design software to create customized bathroom solutions

• Present product options and provide clear, transparent pricing

• Guide homeowners through the bathroom remodeling process

• Build rapport, answer questions, and confidently close sales

• Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)

• Confidence presenting solutions in customers’ homes

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive

• Professional appearance with a positive attitude

• Reliable transportation for local appointments

Unlimited Commission – 10% Commission Structure
