Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

1. Development skills required using .Net , C# , PowerShell and other Microsoft technologies.

2. On-boarding new Services and maintaining the Services.

3. Deployment of various components.

4. Handling Livesite , Shift Rotations , Production and Pre-Production issue.

5. Responsible for End-to-End Incident Management .

6. Developing new tools for monitoring services & automating manual tasks

7. Authoring troubleshooting guides and process documentation.

8. Excellent communication skills
