By leveraging blockchain technology, the platform offers a decentralized and transparent marketplace for predictions, allowing individuals to monetize their insights and forecasts.

Role & Responsibilities

Polymarket is looking for a Developer Relations Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, community, and business development. You'll be the bridge connecting our vibrant ecosystem of traders, builders, and partners with our core product team — driving growth through authentic relationships and technical excellence.

What You'll Own

  • Community Leadership: Cultivate and champion our global network of developers, traders, and market creators. Turn community feedback into actionable product insights and ensure our builders feel supported and heard.

  • Technical Partnership Strategy: Guide external teams through integrations with Polymarket's APIs. You'll be the technical point person ensuring partners ship successful integrations while identifying opportunities to improve our developer experience.

  • Strategic Alliance Building: Source and nurture partnerships with crypto protocols, research institutions, media partners, and complementary platforms that expand Polymarket's reach and utility.

  • Ecosystem Development: Build deeper relationships with market creators, liquidity providers, and institutional participants who drive trading volume and market quality.

  • Grants Program Leadership: Run our ecosystem grants program end-to-end — from sourcing promising applications to shepherding funded projects through successful launches.

  • Internal Advocacy: Serve as the voice of our external community within Polymarket, working cross-functionally to ensure partner and developer needs shape our product roadmap.

Experience & Skills
  • 3–5+ years in developer relations, business development, or ecosystem growth within crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech environments

  • Deep web3 fluency — you understand blockchain mechanics, smart contracts, and decentralized systems beyond surface level

  • API-first mindset — comfortable working with REST/GraphQL APIs, troubleshooting integrations, and guiding partners through technical implementations

  • Hands-on technical skills in Python or TypeScript for testing, debugging, and building proof-of-concepts

  • Exceptional communication — can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from developers to executives

  • Polymarket familiarity — knowledge of our existing APIs and platform, or demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technical systems

  • Bonus points: Background in prediction markets, trading platforms, or quantitative finance

🎁 What We Offer
  • Innovative Environment: Be at the cutting edge of crypto, forecasting, and decentralized markets.

  • High-Impact Role: Your work will directly influence the growth and success of Polymarket’s ecosystem.

  • Career Growth: Expand your skills and network in a rapidly evolving industry.
Competitive Compensation: Salary plus equity package.

  • Benefits:

    • Unlimited PTO

    • Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage

    • $15/day Lunch Credit

    • $315/month Gym Credit

    • 401K with match

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
