Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system administration, and automation, with a passion for optimizing and streamlining development workflows. As a DevOps Administrator, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our continuous integration, delivery, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy updates and fixes to developer pipeline

  • Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience

  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems

  • Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues

  • Develop scripts to automate data visualization

  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Experience, Skills, and Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of DevOps or related experience

  • Proficient with git workflows

  • Experience with IaC tooling such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terraform

  • Good knowledge of Python, Bash, PowerShell

  • General knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. NIST 800, CMMC, DFARS)

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Self-motivated, comfortable working on tasks independently

  • Ability to balance competing priorities

  • This position may require a security clearance. To obtain clearance, employees must show proof of US Citizenship.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience working with data

  • Working knowledge of databases (Mongo, MySQL)

  • Log monitoring/analysis (Splunk, Datadog, etc.)

  • BI tooling (Tableau, SolarWinds, etc)
