DevOps Engineer, Data Ingestion

Role
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with a focus on data ingestion to join our growing DevOps team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission - owning and operating the systems that power our data ingestion pipeline. Your work will span database management, network troubleshooting, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management. Responsibilities

• Onboard and configure partner integrations for data ingestion across RSS feeds, WordPress, APIs and other data ingestion methods

• Troubleshoot and maintain existing partner data integrations to ensure reliability and performance

• Design and implement infrastructure automation and data ingestion workflows

• Monitor project execution, report on progress, identify blockers, and proactively drive issues to resolution

• Partner with other teams across engineering and business
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure role

• Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, OpenSearch, or PostgreSQL

• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), automation, and monitoring

• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and cloud provisioning frameworks such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure ARM templates

• Experience managing or contributing to data ingestion pipelines, streaming platforms, or large-scale data systems

• Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management and CI/CD tooling

Work Environment

• Location: This position is Onsite. This role is based at our Bellevue, WA office location, and employees are expected to work on-site during regular business hours.

Compensation

• The compensation for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. The estimated salary range for this role is:
  DevOps Engineer 85,000 - 120,000 USD
  Senior DevOps Engineer 120,000 - 175,000 USD
