Role Title: DevOps Engineer

Key responsibilities

  • Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response)

  • Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering

  • Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript (this role needs real code, not scripts alone)

  • Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)

  • Advanced Linux and Git

  • Professional English, written and spoken

  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week

Preferred qualifications

  • Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)

  • Security, secrets management, or platform reliability background

  • Open source contributions or technical writing

  • Previous AI training data or model evaluation work
