About Us

We are a fast-growing online gaming operator running a crypto-first international casino targeting high-growth markets. Our platform is built for speed, performance, and a player-first experience. We operate with a lean, entrepreneurial team and a bias toward action.

Position Overview

As a DevOps and Golang Developer, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring reliable, automated, and secure delivery pipelines. We are looking for someone who loves to clean up working, but unpolished, implementations: fixing conventions and standardizing systems to make it more consistent and more future-proof. You will maintain and possibly redesign some of the infrastructure and tools that empower our engineering teams to deliver code efficiently and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Standardization

  • Develop and maintain the core server-side logic of the golang microservices.
  • Clean up any disjointed implementations and future-proof architecture.
  • Build robust, efficient, and scalable APIs for communication between the front-end and back-end systems while migrating into Protobuf.
  • Design event-driven microservices using Golang with Kafka protocol.
  • Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.

Database Management

  • Design, implement, and manage databases.
  • Create and optimize database schemas and queries.
  • Utilize PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB for advanced data storage and time-series data retrieval.

DevOps & Infrastructure

  • Deploy applications to production servers and manage deployment processes.
  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain secure VPNs using Wireguard or OpenVPN.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and Cloudflare.

Qualifications & Requirements

Core Requirements

  • Programming experience in Golang.
  • Database experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies, specifically Wireguard or OpenVPN.
  • Understanding of microservice architecture.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD.
  • Experience automating CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, specifically GCP.
  • Experience with Cloudflare web security and performance tooling.
  • Knowledge of TimescaleDB, event-driven architecture, and Protobuf.
  • Solid understanding of networking, Linux systems administration, and application security principles.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid options).
  • Professional development opportunities and training budget.
  • A collaborative and innovative work environment where your voice matters.

But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
