A world-class design team is searching for innovative, strategic, top-tier content creation and management – is it you we are looking for?

RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Digital Content Producer for a 7-month project. This position is onsite in Seattle, WA.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Digital Content Producer, responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and thought leadership for our design community. This role combines hands-on content creation with strategic platform management, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high-quality output across all digital channels. This role is critical to positioning our design department as an industry leader and attracting world-class design talent.


As a Digital Content Producer, You Will

Content Production

  • Develop and produce engaging digital content including written posts, video clips, graphics, and multimedia assets for social media, web, and internal channels
  • Manage end-to-end content production workflows from ideation and scripting through editing, approval, and publishing
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content on a consistent cadence (minimum weekly publishing schedule)
  • Capture and edit quick-turn content from events, leadership spotlights, and team activities for social distribution
  • Adapt long-form content into platform-optimized formats

Platform Management

  • Own day-to-day management of digital platforms including internal content hubs, and other brand channels
  • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with strategic priorities, campaigns, and organizational milestones
  • Monitor platform performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, impressions) and produce regular performance reports
  • Manage community engagement including responding to comments, fostering conversations, and growing audience
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging features to maximize content visibility
  • Coordinate with agency partners for supplemental content production and ensure brand consistency
  • Manage publishing tools, scheduling software, and content management systems

Strategy & Optimization

  • Partner with content strategists and communications leads to align production output with broader brand and thought leadership goals
  • Identify content opportunities through trend monitoring, competitor analysis, and audience insights
  • Test and iterate on content formats, posting cadences, and messaging to continuously improve performance

In This Role, You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital content production, social media management, or a related role in the corporate tech field
  • Demonstrated portfolio of produced digital content across multiple formats, showing measurable growth (follower growth %, engagement improvements, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with content creation tools
  • Experience with content performance reporting to senior leadership
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms
  • Strong editorial judgment, copywriting skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance metrics
  • Experience in a design, technology, or employer brand environment
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management tools
  • Experience working with external agencies or freelance production partners
  • Experience managing learning and development content
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social and web content
  • Experience with AI-powered content tools
  • Experience building content programs from scratch or scaling early-stage channels

Compensation

Pay Range: $75.00 - $85.00 (Hourly)    

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.  


Benefits:

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
