Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Digital Inside Sales Specialist to join our Inside Sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for hunting and closing complex digital transformation opportunities, specifically focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Workflow Automation solutions within targeted high-propensity accounts.

You will join a high-energy, aggressive growth team at our Tampa Sales Hub, dedicated to expanding Iron Mountain’s footprint in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital solutions market.
 

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Target & Close: Execute a proactive "Hunter" strategy to identify, negotiate, and close deals for InSight (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), Intelligent Document Processing, and Workflow Automation solutions.

  • Technical Consultation: Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and internal stakeholders to map customer workflows and demonstrate how Iron Mountain’s technology stack solves specific business bottlenecks.

  • Vertical Strategy: Ensure compliance with organizational standards while mastering the digital compliance and operational challenges of specific verticals, such as Healthcare, Finance, and Technology, to drive tailored solutions.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with a strong preference for Software as a Service (SaaS) or Technology sales environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Modern Selling tools, including proficiency in Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Google Suite to effectively break into and manage accounts.

  • Proven ability in Technical Fluency, specifically articulating how Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud ecosystems (Amazon Web Services, Google, or Azure) can automate manual business processes.

  • Preferred expertise in Information Governance, including knowledge of Policy Center, Advisory Services, and Records Retention Policy creation, or experience with Document Conversion Services.
