Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead the optimization of our marketing operations, from technology implementation,

marketing database enrichment, to developing effective digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and funnel growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing channel strategies, driving demand generation, and enhancing customer engagement. The candidate will possess a mix of analytical skills, technical know-how, and marketing knowledge to ensure our marketing operations are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid ads).
  • Lead Generation, Management, & Scoring: Develop and implement campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rate; Oversee lead management processes, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and ensuring the seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution: Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform (e.g., Pardot) to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and content syndication.
  • SEO & SEM: Lead the company’s SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility, improve keyword rankings, and drive traffic to the website. Manage SEM efforts to boost traffic and conversions. Continuously test and improve the website, landing pages, and other digital assets to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee all paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), ensuring they are optimized for ROI and aligned with the company’s target audience and goals.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms, building engagement and fostering relationships with target audiences.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Set up and monitor tracking systems (e.g., UTM parameters, campaign tagging) to ensure accurate reporting of campaign performance across all channels. Develop dashboards for leadership to track marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with internal and external teams to assist the development of engaging, high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars) that are optimized for digital channels to drives traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations, revenue operations, and IT to align systems, processes, and data for efficient lead flow and reporting. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Support the marketing team with budget tracking and spend allocation, ensuring marketing investments are optimized for the best return.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve marketing processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness in campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years+ experience in digital marketing and marketing operations, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and marketing database management and maintenance
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO/SEM best practices, and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of design principles, best practices, and WordPress content management platforms; Knowledgeable with marketing tools including LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
