About the role: 

The Digital Marketing Manager is an analytical marketer and aspiring leader to manage and scale the digital advertising programsYou're knowledgeable in all things digital – you follow trends.  You knew about Chat GPT before the average personYou know how to master the latest Google algorithmsYou can love evaluating new technologies and placementsYou are a creative thinker and problem solver. You will leverage your expertise, cross-departmental communication, creative skills, and an experimentation and optimization mindset to bring the right message to the right person at the right time to drive sales. You are highly organized with an attention to detail, working well independently, and are able to keep up with the demands of daily responsibilities and long-term growth initiatives.  Most importantly, you are a team player who thrives owning projects and coming together as a team toward a common goal. 

Your contribution will be:  

  • Manage and help to develop the strategy for Display, paid Social, Retargeting, Content Syndication, and ABM campaigns leveraging external agency for paid search as well as internal systems
  • Plan, implement, and optimize retargeting campaigns in accordance with predefined KPIs on an ongoing basis  
  • Understand ICP and develop key messaging that resonates with target audiences. Provide to Corporate Marketing for execution.
  • Work with internal design and content teams to set the gold standard for compelling online ads and landing pages
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop digital marketing campaigns that support key marketing campaigns  
  • Manage and improve chatbot flows.  Monitor performance, adjust approach and work with BDR team to ensure coverage.
  • Identify and obtain budget approval to test one new digital tactic per quarter to support department and company OKRs.  
  • Ensure seamless lead flow for digital activities  
  • Define and articulate requirements for digital ads to corporate marketing.  Offer feedback, obtain ads and ensure proper tracking and placement.  
  • Provide weekly and monthly review of tactics in market.  Offer analysis, results and optimization ideas that will improve campaign effectiveness and funnel performance.  

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 4-6+ years of digital marketing experience required – experience with B2B lead generation highly preferred
  • Experience developing search and content marketing campaigns from concept through execution, including ownership of driving key business results
  • Demonstrated understanding of/experience with Facebook Business Manager (FB & IG Ads), Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, Bizable, PowerBI, A/B testing, and other tools
  • Strong copywriting skills – proven experience writing effective content for landing pages, social, ads and collateral
  • A sensitivity for branding and how each interaction impacts customer perception
  • Successful track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects, balancing competing priorities, and delivering projects on time  
  • Superior interpersonal, teambuilding and persuasion skills to collaborate and drive projects with remote, global teams
  • A natural project manager who takes initiative and is not afraid to ask clarifying questions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
