We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with the hustle, creativity, and strategic chops to connect with small and mid-sized businesses across the auto repair, recycling and insurance ecosystem. You’ll lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, craft compelling content, and leverage partnerships to grow brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you’ll move fast, wear multiple hats, and collaborate closely with product, sales, and external partners to tell stories that spark action and drive real results.

Your impact
  • Content That Converts: Craft and manage compelling content, including case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, and video scripts.
  • Lead Generation: Own paid and organic growth strategies across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond. Experiment, optimize, and scale campaigns that fuel pipeline and hit acquisition goals.
  • Partnership-driven Growth: Identify, engage, and co-market with ecosystem partners (software providers, resellers, industry experts, and trade associations) to broaden reach and increase campaign impact.
What you'll need to be successful
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience focused on SMB acquisition and Direct-to-Consumer growth motions.
  • A proven track record of building and executing co-branded campaigns with partners.
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills - you know how to turn product value and customer outcomes into compelling content.
  • A data-driven, test-and-learn mindset and fresh thinking to drive impact in an industry built on expertise and relationships.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, pivoting quickly, and building with full autonomy.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, Filmora, Canva, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience using AI concepts to massively scale lead gen efforts.
  • Experience marketing to or working within the auto repair, recycling, or insurance industries is a big plus.
