Key Responsibilities
Digital Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns focused on awareness, lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.
- Develop full-funnel strategies aligned to B2B and B2G buyer journeys, mapping content, channels, and offers to each stage.
- Explore, experiment and recommend digital channels and media sources to find the optimal results.
Paid Media & Digital Advertising
- Launch and manage high-performing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels targeting our personas.
- A/B test ad creatives, messaging, audience segments, and bidding strategies to optimize results.
Webinars & Virtual Events
- Plan and execute webinars targeted at B2B/B2G decision-makers.
- Manage logistics, promotion, registration workflows, email reminders, and post-event nurturing
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration - Build and optimize automated email workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and scoring models using tools like HubSpot.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
- Ensure clean CRM handoff and alignment with Sales for campaign attribution and reporting.
Social Media & Organic Content Promotion
- Manage the company's social presence across LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
Required Qualifications - Proven track record managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience planning and managing webinars and digital events.
- Familiarity with the public sector buying process is a plus.
