Digital Marketing Manager, Website & Inbound Growth
We’re hiring a digital marketer to own the website as a primary inbound growth and pipeline channel for Clearwater Analytics.
This role is accountable for driving qualified inbound demand, conversion, and measurable pipeline from the website, with deep ownership of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and conversion optimization. You will operate in a complex, regulated environment where credibility, clarity, and trust matter as much as growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who understands how institutional buyers discover, evaluate, and validate technology platforms online — and how to translate that behavior into pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Own
Website as a Revenue Channel
Own the website strategy and performance as a revenue-producing asset, not a brochure
Define site architecture, page strategy, and conversion paths aligned to financial-services buyer journeys (e.g., asset managers, insurers, banks, funds)
Partner with brand, product marketing, and content teams to ensure messaging is clear, compliant, and conversion-driven
Continuously optimize UX, navigation, and CTAs to support long, high-consideration buying cycles
SEO & AEO (Search + AI Discovery)
Lead end-to-end SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content structure.
Define and execute an AEO strategy to ensure strong visibility across AI-powered search and answer platforms.
Identify high-intent keywords, questions, and use cases tied to revenue-driving segments and products.
Influence the content strategy to prioritize depth, authority, and trust, ensuring full-funnel content creation.
Inbound Pipeline & Conversion Optimization
Own inbound funnel performance from website visit → MQL → SQL → pipeline contribution
Design and run revenue programs and experimentation to improve conversion efficiency and lead quality
Partner with RevOps and Sales to ensure inbound leads are properly scored, routed, and followed up on
Diagnose funnel friction and implement improvements that increase pipeline yield and sales readiness.
Analytics, Reporting & Accountability
Define KPIs that connect website and organic performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Build clear, executive-ready dashboards and performance narratives
Use data to prioritize initiatives, justify investment, and influence roadmap decisions
Regularly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with meaningful experience in financial services and/or B2B SaaS Technology
Proven success driving inbound pipeline and revenue impact from websites and organic channels in complex buying environments
Deep expertise in SEO and strong working knowledge of AEO and AI-driven discovery
Experience working in regulated or trust-driven industries where accuracy and credibility matter
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, WordPress required, analytics tools (GA4, Search Console), SEO tooling, and experimentation platforms
Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded — able to operate independently and influence at a senior level
BA/BS Required.
