SUMMARY

The coordinator works closely with internal teams and external partners to build targeted campaigns, maintain database health and apply best practices across digital marketing platforms. This position plays an important role in improving fan communication through personalization, data-driven insights and ongoing campaign optimization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Build, execute, analyze and optimize Seahawks ticketing and gameday email campaigns leveraging fan data to deliver the right message, at the right time, on the right channel through personalized 1:1 communications
- Collaborate and support Ticketing and Premium teams to service season ticket holders, drive sales for single game tickets, premium seating and related products throughout the year. Monitor customer service inbox
- Support audience segmentation, targeting and personalization strategies leveraged in automated campaigns
- Partner with Business Strategy & Analytics team to support targeted conversions, lead scoring models and database connections
- Build and deploy SMS and push notification communications supporting promotional, transactional and content objectives
- Project manage tasks to advance approvals, meet deadlines and deliver best in class communications
- Produce monthly performance reports highlighting actionable insights, subscriber growth, campaign performance, A/B test outcomes and digital marketing trends
- Coordinate with third-party vendors on campaign execution and digital marketing product enhancements
- Maintain strong database health by executing routine inactive subscriber cleanses, monitoring deliverability and troubleshooting service or data issues
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, platform usage and fan communication effectiveness
- Collaborate on communication program development for international fans, younger audiences and emerging segments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in digital marketing, digital communication or similar course work)
- Professional experience with enterprise email service and communication platform providers. Eloqua, Tatango, and Rover preferred
- Professional experience writing and editing HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and relevant regulations including TCPA, ADA, CCPA and GDPR
- Experience with A/B testing, data segmentation and analyzing campaign performance
- Strong understanding of email design. Photoshop experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours and some weekends
- Interest and experience in the sports industry is a plus
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks at once with great attention to detail, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative

- The salary range for this position is: $80,170 – $83,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
