Why this role is important to Field Nation:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives across email, paid search, paid social, and website content updates. This role supports the Senior Digital Experience Manager in driving engagement, lead generation, and user experience improvements. Through effective coordination and optimization, the Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in delivering consistent, impactful digital interactions with target audiences.

What you'll get to do:

  • Digital Campaign Support: Execute digital channel components for marketing campaigns, including email, landing pages, web chat, paid search, and paid social, ensuring alignment with broader campaign strategies and business objectives.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for email content, landing pages, and ads, analyzing results to inform improvements with guidance from senior team members.
  • Website & Content Support: Assist with website content updates, SEO initiatives, and UX enhancements to improve the digital experience and support campaign objectives.
  • Reputation Management & Support: Monitor and optimize review sites.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Pull basic campaign performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, to track effectiveness and share insights with the Senior Digital Experience Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Digital Experience Manager and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive execution across digital channels, supporting campaign and event integration efforts.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Campaigns, Reddit Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, web chat tools, email marketing tools).
  • Familiarity with digital measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Tableau).
  • Basic understanding of web management and optimization tools (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Pathfactory, SEM Rush).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and web conversion strategies.
  • Understanding of front-end scripting languages a plus (Javascript, HTML, CSS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
