Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced media buyer/campaign manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns across display DSPs, social ad platforms, and various other media advertising platforms. This role involves implementing unique strategies tailored to media goals and objectives, utilizing platform-specific tools and automation, reporting on performance metrics to stakeholders, and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital media.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize campaigns across display/social media platforms for nonprofits and good-works organizations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize the effectiveness of display and social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative recommendations, bid management, and landing page recommendations.
- Utilize platform-specific tools and automation (e.g., various DSPs, platform reporting, automated rules) to streamline campaign management processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Communicate campaign trends and results to stakeholders, professionally representing our organization to clients when needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in display and social media advertising, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and account managers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices and campaign management techniques across ad buying tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing campaigns across display and other video or social media platforms for nonprofit organizations.
- Proficiency in ad buying tools, DSPs, and other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with efficiency and automation tools/scripts within ad buying platforms.
- Proficiency in manipulating data in Excel and Google Sheets; utilizing formulas to streamline data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for working with faith-based nonprofits and advancing their missions through digital marketing.
