OVERVIEW:

  • Planning Strategy & Execution: Work with DICK’S Media and category marketing teams to develop and maximize co-marketing plans in conjunction with agency and platform partners. Develop and ensure goals of both vendor partner and DICK’S Sporting Goods are being met, measured, and optimized against stated goals and objectives. This role will support across owned/onsite channels such as display, email, and sponsored ads, as well as offsite channels including display, video, search, and social. Planning activity includes budget allocation, audience strategy, creative strategy, and channel/tactic management.

  • Digital Media Subject Matter Expert: Collaborate with category planning and the DICK’S Media teams to present and iterate fulsome media plans/strategies to vendor partners. This role will serve as a subject-matter expert for their well-crafted media plans, aiding the internal teams in securing approval and support from vendor partners. This role will also partner closely with reporting team in understanding performance and insights to iterate for future recommendations.

  • Agency Partnership Management: Assist DICK’S Media leadership in managing relationships with Platform and agency partners. This role will engage those partners and direct activity and expertise against the evolving needs of vendor partners and the growing DICK’S Media business, as well as helping to realize the DICK’S Media planning innovation roadmap.

  • Budgeting and Billing: Monitor daily budget pacing, including compiling daily data, to ensure Agency budget management is on track.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred, other degrees considered

  • 3-5 years of experience with multiple performance marketing channels (e.g. SEM, CSE, Affiliate, Display, Social, RT) required, previous agency experience preferred

Targeted Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
